Toolbar and Contextmenu Error with Firefox 4

Hi everbody,

I got a strange error with firefox 4.
The toolbar and the context menu are missing (see my screenshot).
Has anybody a hint for me?

check "toolbar" option http://elrte.org/redmine/projects/elfinder/wiki/Client_Configuration_EN#Toolbar

bug with contextmenu I fixed only yesterday :) You can grab last version from githab https://github.com/Studio-42/elFinder
or wait a little till release
