Elfinder Invalid backend configuration Error 406

I am having a problem with the elfinder.
Sometimes I create a folder (no special characters) and after that I cant open it or delete it, I always get the "Invalid backend configuration" error.
It is completly random. It doesn't use to happen, but sometimes I create a folder that shows the error.

I have used firebug to see the JSON, but whenever an error occurs I get a "406 Not Acceptable" error and an HTML response, not a JSON response. Thats why I see the "Invalid backend configuration" error.

How can I solve that error 406?

It is very strange, as I don't remember using 406 codes in elFinder at all. Can you please check the logs of your webserver, and what webserver are you using?
This problem doesn't look like elFinder related.

I am using apache with PHP5.
I'll check the server logs
