dynamic root directory
Added by Amores Tingkang almost 2 years ago
Hi
Is there an option on this file manager to where the root directory would change everytime a user logged. Our system flow is like this, a user has its own folder created after registration. So after the registration is approved, once the user logged, it will automatically point to its own directory. For example:
user001;
so the root directory of it is : /var/www/user001.
Is this option available on the elfinder file manager?
Please advice.
Thanks so much.

elFinder don't have such option but it is easy to implement, the only thing you need is to generate separate root path for each user.

Is there a way to display 2 folders in each separate root path, example
user 1:
public
user1
user 2:
public
user2
something like that, as I have check the elfinder only support one folder for the main root directory.
Please advice
