elRTE

elRTE and elFinder goes under BSD license which allows you to use them in commercial products. However both of them use jQuery and jQuery UI which are licensed under dual MIT and GPL license, that means you can use any license of this two when including in your peoducts. The MIT license allows you to use jQuery in commercial projects without any restrictions.

So in general yes you can use elRTE and elFinder in commercial projects.
