How can I use another charset?

Hi,
I'd like to use the elRTE in iso-8859-2 charset. What do I have to do?

Probably you can just set needed encoding in document, but than you will not be able to use translations as they are in UTF-8. elRTE is designed to work with UTF-8 only.
