Editor resizing only in vertical direction

Currently it allows resizing in all directions. Would be really nice to have an option to either:

- enable resizing (default)
 - disable resizing
 - lock resizing to y-axis
 - lock resizing to x-axis

Please make an issue for a feature request, and thanks for pull request, I'm really sorry that we don't have time for a such small bugfixes on elRTE
