elFinder allows to copy files to folders where particular files format not allow

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open 'elFinder';
2. Switch to 'video' folder in "Upload" section;
3. Select 'video.flv' file and click 'Copy' button in "elFinder" header;
5. Switch to 'image' folder in "Upload" section;
6. Click 'Paste' button in "elFinder" header;

Actual result:
'video.flv' file successfully copied to 'image' section after step 6

Expected result:
'video.flv' file must not be copied to 'image' section after step 6 - since '*.flv' file type not allowed in 'image' folder.

Please set this issue as temporarily blocked since there is major changes in our code and most likely it's our problem.
